We contracted with Adrienne K. Miller, attorney at law, to amend our living trust, wills, power of attorney documents and health care directive documents. Our original living trust and related documents are over 16 years old. Adrienne and her staff amended our living trust per our wishes. Also, Adrienne updated and modernized our wills, power of attorney documents, health care directive documents and other related documents per her professional experience and judgment. The trust amendment also included some of Adrienne's suggested changes in language. We realize now that our documents needed more changes than we had thought.
