I reached out to this office when feeling extremely vulnerable and in need of someone I could trust to help guide me. Jennifer Benton pretended to be caring during the first 5 min phone consultation. Then I was invoiced nearly 2k for a document that I have never received. It’s been about 10 months since I paid for this service. Jennifer Benton is rude and condescending. Completely devoid of any empathy and common sense communication. She is unprofessional and truly brings down the integrity of this firm. I spoke to Mr. Adams I believe and he arranged a phone call with her to rectify the communication but it did not work. She has remained belligerent and acts as though she is trying a case with me rather than providing a simple service of a document that I requested. I would absolutely not recommend this firm based on their choice to employ someone who is clearly not suited for the job. I can see by other reviews that I am not the only one who has experienced this with her.

I would never wish divorce or anything that also involves a child upon my worst enemy as this is one challenging time and for some reason, the child always suffers for no reason except for the expense of the parents…Ms. Benton represented me in such a phenomenal way! Very courteous, understanding, and very patient! I know I had many questions, many doubts…Hiring a lawyer is not some “guarantee” as every case is different as there is no one size fits all and will be a “slam dunk” and the lawyers only work with what you give them as far as evidence. Ms. Benton articulated our arguments very well and I am overall thankful for her and her team’s services.

Just had the coldest, most heartless conversation with one of these attorneys. I was also treated weirdly in regard to payment, as if she was trying to assume that I can't afford her services. If you need someone with compassion and a heart, avoid this office.
