Horrible law firm. Had my car accident case for two years could not settle. It gave me back my case telling me that I would have to go find another lawyer. They said they couldn’t settle the case didn’t tell me why they couldn’t settle the case called the assurance adjuster. He told me that they had missing records and they had two years to obtain them when I asked about this to the law firm. They said I don’t know. After giving me back my case in Indira filed another claim for me. The insurance adjuster had to call me back asking me if I was working with them. Didn’t even give me a sign of release page to send over to the insurance adjuster. on top of that, the communication was so poor. They didn’t even tell me anything of what they were doing on top of that and left me with a certain amount of days to file the rest of my claim before it legally the statue limit was up on my case. They suck, tried reaching out to her manager, and she messaged me saying oh I never did that. And I told her it was so not true because she didn’t go through any of my papers because if she did go through any of my paper shoot, see there was other clients that were in my case file so they’re so l unprofessional. And then today when I went back to go ask her for a release from them she gives me attitude. She said that she gave me up to a year to settle this with another lawyer, but literally they only gave me like a month so I suggest if you want to get anything done, it would probably be best to get it somewhere else
