If it weren't for my bank statement, I'd seriously wonder if hiring this attorney was just a figment of my imagination. I engaged their services on April 16th 2024 & have regretted it ever since. Despite the initial contact on the day of payment, I had no further interaction with my attorney. According to their own contract, they are supposed to update me on my case every two weeks, which is laughable given that it was over a month with no communication whatsoever. I'd reached out for updates multiple times only to be met with the same dismissive response: "We'll give them your message; they'll call you back." Not once did I received a return call from my attorney. Since the day I paid them, my only interactions have been with people who answer the phone, take my message, and swear I'll get a call back, which never comes. I did miss one call from them during the first week, but since then, Id been glued to my phone, waiting for any word from my attorney, with absolutely no response. The last correspondence I had was on May 15th 2024 with via email , and a text message on May 30th 2024 stating they were in court and would get back to me, which they never did. It is now almost the end of June, meaning it has been a month with no contact from anyone, which goes against their own contract. The level of unprofessionalism displayed by this firm is astounding. I have all the receipts to prove that I did, indeed, hire an attorney. My call logs and emails show the initial contact, but even this early correspondence was fraught with issues, such as incorrect email addresses on important documents that required multiple corrections. Since that initial contact, it has been a one-sided effort on my part to get any response from them. I am no more informed about my case now than I was on the day I hired them. This level of service is beyond unacceptable. I find it inconceivable that in over two months, I haven't been able to speak to my attorney or even receive a call back. I've given them until Friday to respond and address my concerns, but frankly, I don't expect to hear from them. I will be seeking new legal representation first thing Monday morning, and once my case is resolved, I intend to have this matter thoroughly investigated. I've dealt with numerous attorneys before and have never experienced such appalling, unprofessional conduct. After paying them, I was essentially left in the dark. If my bank account weren't $2,000 lighter, I'd swear this ordeal was just a bad dream. I would strongly advise against using this firm unless you are looking to throw your money away. Never in my life have I had to struggle this hard to communicate with my attorney, and never have I been treated with such disregard. Save yourself the trouble and find a firm that values and respects its clients. UPDATE : On July 1st, I received a response a few hours after submitting my termination letter. The representative I corresponded with apologized for the previous lack of communication and expressed a desire to discuss the matter further. I am open to taking the call. This morning, July 2nd, they called at 9:30 as promised. However, due to a recent update on my phone that enabled spam settings without my knowledge, the call was automatically blocked. Consequently, I did not have the option to answer. I called back and spoke with someone who attempted to connect me with the person who just called but informed me that they were unavailable. Today's communication issues were my fault, not theirs. I appreciate their apologies and the efforts they have made to reach out now. I will be posting regular updates as to how this situation progresses. UPDATE: My case is still not resolved (Feb 9,2025) I'm no closer just confused as to what I even paid them for 🤷‍♀️ The treatment I received is flat out negligent & criminal. They took my money for absolutely nothing. Do NOT hire them you'd get the same results flushing your $ down the toilet. They don't deserve the 1 star I can't wait to have this looked into by a real attorney.

Should get 0 stars. Worst Lawyer ever. Can’t get a word in edgewise or show any amount of emotion over your case. Doesn’t represent anyone with family needs, don’t even bother if you DONT live in Nashville directly. He won’t assist. You can reply with lies to my review all you want to. But I, Taylor didn’t have a drug charge. While you’re falsely applying information in response to a review you earned. I was polite, urgent, appalled at your responses and simply trying explain a situation that this attorney agency had absolutely no time to bother to listen to or show ANY amount of care or respect at all as a client. But yes, let’s discuss why we weren't good clients. First off, she’s not my sister but she’s Like a sister to me. We were both present at the the time the occurrence happened and we’re both desperately in need of someone with any ounce of emotional support or even the ability to understand the kind of situation we were put in. I’m truly glad you showed your true colors really early. I’ve never in any amount, shape, fashion or form ever been treated this way by any legal help agency ever.
