The first thing you need to realize about an automotive accident is nothing happens quickly. Morey & Upton will do everything they can to make it move as fast as possible but this comes down to bureaucracy and red tape from the insurance companies. From the first moment that I contacted them they stayed in touch every step of the way with clear and easy to follow instructions. They made sure that they got my bases covered and the care that I deserved when my BMW was totaled by a driver who wasn't paying attention. They got me set up with a pain management doctor, chiropractor, and physical therapist. These weren't your bargain clinics either, it was a high standard of care which I greatly appreciated. While it took longer than expected (because of the insurance companies not the firm) the end result was better than I could have expected. I am so grateful for this firm and everything they did to make sure that I got a settlement that was more than fair. Thank you to Emilio, Suzi, and Mr.Upton for all the hard work on my case.
