EDIT* 12-6-2024 Credit when & where it's due...(added extra star as well) KRISTI WILLIAMS helped me with choosing my Medicare Plan for next year this morning. Actually, she saved me a bunch of money!! I've just been sticking with the same plan/provider & letting it renew on its own each year since I started 7yrs ago. Helping with your Medicare questions and programs is an extra thing they do for free as long as you live I suppose lol. There is no limit. Getting started, their help was a lifesaver! All this new stuff was overwhelming! Over the years I've called a couple times with questions. I was notified Monday I have a medical issue. Called Kristi and set up a face to face Friday that worked for me. Kristi will do this over the phone if you want. I was pretty shaken up with this medical news so I needed someone to basically hold my hand. She was great! You can tell a lot about someone by their office and desktop. I could tell she was a good/busy/hard worker immediately by her desktop. After being in management most of my life you just know. Just go see Kristi for Medicare stuff. Respectful, considerate, knowledgeable & also, just plain nice. She saved my butt helping me choose a better plan! *END EDIT* The judge told me to come back with an attorney. So I did. They really don't do much in court for disability hearings with judge. I did 99% of the talking. My judge was amazing! Very fair & impartial & even helpful! YOKUM got 1/3rd of my back pay for being there. Even though I didn't need much help it's still good to have an attorney present. I had hoped he would be speaking for me to the judge because I have bad anxiety. But that's just not how it works. After 2 denials from Medicare I was awarded 100% physical disability due to spinal cord problem='s left side paralyzed by this judge. It wasn't just words on paper. He was able to see how devastated my life now was. It was my 3rd and final appeal. Judge said come back with an attorney next week. So I Googled and found a local, established big name in the game! YOKUM Law got up to speed quickly and most important, showed up at hearing like Judge told me to do. Lol

I made an appointment with Kristie Williams to see if she could find my husband and I suitable Medicare Advantage plans because our present supplement plans were out of control. We were paying over six thousand dollars a year and that wasn't including our drug plans. We had no dental or optical plans because we felt that we couldn't afford them with the high cost of the medical plans that we had. Kristie worked on finding us new plans for weeks!
