I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Ivonne and Ms. Ximena. I started my case with Xavier Law Firm after my mother was denied entry as a Resident and was given a 10 year “castigo”. Ms. Ivonne and Ms. Ximena advised me of everything that was needed to proceed with petitioning for my mother again. I gathered everything and we started the process. It was a lengthy process, but well worth it. When I received the interview date, Ms. Ivonne made necessary arrangements for my mother’s medical exam, fingerprints, and pick up of the Mexican passport with crossing rights in Juarez. I’m grateful for the treatment and service that I was provided.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I believe it’s important for others to be informed about their options. I initially chose Xavier Law Firm because it appeared in my search for immigration services. They often host events featuring client testimonials and small giveaways; however, I found it concerning that participation required leaving a review first. I retained the firm to sponsor a green card application, which was ultimately approved. My case was initially handled by Oscar, but after his departure, Ximena took over. I also paid for an FOA, and as part of that process, fingerprinting was recommended. I was assured by Ximena that there would be no additional charge since it was included in the FOA payment. Later, I had a consultation with Attorney Xavier, who quoted me $$$$ plus any applicable fees. When I followed up with the office to request copies of my application and FOA, Ximena assumed I was seeking legal assistance elsewhere. As a result, she abruptly terminated my case and was unprofessional when I arrived to complete fingerprints. In my experience, Ximena lacked professionalism, clear communication, and the ability to explain processes effectively. This was disappointing, but I view it as a learning experience—unfortunately, not everyone in this field operates with transparency and integrity. I share this review to help others make an informed decision.

This place is trash, Ximena is extremely unprofessional and incompetent. Stay away from this place they are money hungry and will try to hit you with more fees and abandon your case if you don't pay up what they're asking for.

I'm sure this immigration attorney is a good one, but I would never find out. First time I called to make an appt., they told me I would get a call back to get a consultation appointment. I kept waiting for a call back and didn't get one, so I called back as a reminder. When I was finally able to make an appointment, a day before the appt., I received a phone call, then I was hit with a $200 consultation fee in order to keep the appointment. They did not tell me that the first time I called. So I canceled the appointment. A few days later my husband received a phone call to ask if he wants to schedule an appointment and after thinking about it we decided to go through with the consultation. We went in for the consultation (which unknowingly, was via video & lasted about 15min.), and was told that we would need to come back to get some answers to questions we had. The attorney told us to make an appointment with his assistant for a week later to give us his answers, and that was the 1st & only time we saw the attorney. It's been about a month since, and no call back. Ive made several phone calls, & even stopped by one time to see why we havent gotten an appointment to see the attorney, & NOTHING. They were very communicative at 1st, to convince us to make the $200 consultation. After that, no more communication on their behalf. Good luck to anyone trying to talk to the attorney without paying a consultation fee. We will take our hard-earned money & business elsewhere

Maybe my English is not good, but the person who answered the phone was so rude. He hung up my phone as soon as I opened my mouth. I didn't see any reminder to make an appointment on Google. I drove an hour on the highway and saw many cars parked outside the office. It was obviously a single house. I felt very annoyed. I would rather choose other legal aid than waste my time in vain and be treated rudely.
