Overall I had a great experience, they were very responsive and answered my questions thoroughly. The people I spoke with were friendly, polite and reassuring. They weren’t able to take my case, but they referred me to another office. I do want to point out, after referring me, I got a lot of calls and reminders about the referral from both offices. I know it’s a good thing to follow up so you don’t lose potential clients but it’s a stressful time and that added a little extra stress for me. I’m sure another person might appreciate it; just food for thought! :)
