This place is the rudest law office i have ever come into contact with, Lori J Smith should be more professional given she’s a partners assistant. or maybe just not a b**** who doesn’t listen to a single thing you’re trying to tell her. when she’s proven wrong she hangs up in client’s faces instead of being a professional. if you don’t know what you’re talking about you should probably humble yourself, close your mouth & open your ears.

Ms. Coggins, Esq., and her paralegal Kay, were very helpful to me and my husband in putting together our Will and Trust, given the difficulties with our family dynamics. Ms. Coggins is very knowledgeable, and we were pleased with the information received.

Had a consultation with Mr woloshin. He was very rude and rushing me. When I paused for a min to tell my 4 yr old to get some water cause he was thirsty, he gave me a very annoyed look and told my son not to interrupt us, then tells me he busy, and will check into my issue and follow up. 2 weeks later I get a letter from his office saying since I have not contacted him our "communication" is over. Ummm??? Not to mention... he judged my character based on my pink highlites and said he wouldn't go into a court with me cause I'd loose so I better change my look. Horrible. Horrible

I was assigned to Natalie Wolfe. This is a bigger DE law firm but I expect them to at least be professional. When working with Natalie I found her to be pretty informal and unprofessional while handling my case. Often getting short tempered for reasons I'll never know why she had no reason to be with me or forgetting the purpose why she even called me on occasion and getting annoyed when I called her back to find out why. She also is beyond hard to get a hold of expect not to hear from her for months and when you do call expect her to be annoyed that you called even when it is a pertinent issue to your case actually her behavior caused me to have difficulties in my case because she never listened or reviewed the information I gave her. I am glad however I found another attorney and ended up with 4 times the amount I would have ever gotten if I stuck with her. I wouldn't bother making a review for a lawfirm but working with her and then working with a lawyer that actually cared was night and day. I thought I was in good hands because this is a "Big" lawfirm but I learned the hardway that these firms save their professionalism for the BIG cases and everyone else doesn't matter so much to them or at least that was my experience.
