Eric is an outstanding Lawyer. I don't think I could have found someone who could have represented me in a more professional get the job done manner. I will start out by saying I'm not a person that leaves reviews very much. I was referred to attorney Chuck Keith from another attorney to handle a case in New Hampshire of two counts of assault. This case was dragged on for 3 years due to issues non-related to the case. Is I have hired many attorneys in the past and didn't really think much about attorneys in general because they get paid anyways. But this case was a different story. Many of the attorneys I had in the past would you normally plea bargain and you would end up pleading guilty and it really did nothing for me. I will tell you that Chuck O'Keeffe is one outstanding attorney. He told me to take it to trial that he felt confident. This is a very scary thing to do when you're up against a courtroom that you know convicts everyone. Day of trial we were the last out of five trials that day. Our trial was almost 2 hours long. There were two prosecutors Prosecuting against me. Two witnesses and one reporting police officer. With all of this I was still found not guilty. My lawyer did not just sit down at the table and read paperwork he got into it he questioned everything and everyone. Made several objections. Keep in mind that I had just witnessed three other trials when all the other attorneys objected they were overruled. Chuck objected three or four times and got sustainments every time. His knowledge and commitment to my case was above and beyond I've never had a lawyer like this before. This guy is Top Shelf. He questioned the witnesses like something you would see on Perry Mason. He was very skilled at what he did. He would ask the questions in a way that the witnesses would tell the truth. I feel that people should tell the truth anyways but he did it in a way that they couldn't lie. I am so overwhelmed with happiness with him and how we handle this case I will now make him our family lawyer. Please remember that the odds were stacked against us and still took home and not guilty verdict two accounts. I would strongly recommend this attorney to anyone who is facing any kind of charges. In the beginning it might not seem like he's paying a lot of attention to you but I will tell you now that he is. Sure he did have his notes but he went in prepared and had a lot of knowledge of the case which tells me he did spend time going over this case it is office. He didn't just collect the money and show up on court day on prepared like I've had so many other attorneys doing the past. Just so everyone knows his name is Chuck keef.from Wilson and Bush. I can't say enough good things about him. He doesn't know nor was I asked to leave this review I'm doing this on my own because it was earned. Stacy is paralegal I found to be very professional and she also paid attention in detail to everything on this case. They always answer the phone when I called and they would return messages there was no back and forth with communication communication was great. Thank you so much Stacy. I'm sorry I didn't want to put the name of the town that I dealt with cuz I don't think that would be right to do but I will stay that it was lower New Hampshire. I have never seen anyone walk out of that courtroom being found not guilty.. and happened because I had an attorney who went into overdrive and and did his job and did it above and beyond. I would rate them 10 Stars if there were five more to give out. Just want to say once again thank you Chuck and Stacy you were both outstanding.

If you want the absolute basic of service/representation, this is the place for you. If you'd like your calls ignored after you paid them, this place is for you. If you want a lawyer that won't give you his cell number, this place is for you. If you want a fast and easy convincing to take a guilty plea deal, this place is for you. I was fooled by all of the good reviews. Im convinced they're all either family and friends or paid-for reviews. Be cautious and find out for yourself. Don't believe the reviews.
