My brother and I reached out to this law firm back in May 2022. After explaining in great detail and doing all the legwork and sending in all the proof of the allegations that we had against two former companies that we dealt with the firm decided to take our case. They said we had a very strong case and that most of the time cases like ours take 6 to 9 months to complete, but can sometimes go a little further. At first, it was great. We had an attorney that would respond and his paralegals were pretty good about getting back with us, but as time went on, we would go weeks and months without a response. After about a year of having the first attorney, we were notified that he was no longer with the firm now mind you no one at all, had reached out and told us that he had left the firm We only found out because we were blowing them up trying to get an update on The progress of the case. Even then, we were told that we still had a good case moving forward We were introduced to our new attorney And paralegals. Again, about once a month we would reach out What our next move was gonna be Moving forward. We were explained about how federal court works And we opted to go to the state route again, being reassure Good evidence to proceed. Fast-forward. To about a week ago, where we are called and told That they are no longer going to be representing Us due to one of the parties filing bankruptcy And blaming that bankruptcy on the reason why We can’t go after the company that we were contracted to work for. I feel like this law firm drug its feet And not everyone was on board in the beginning So this was their way out. I can assure you That all the evidence we have is in black and white Via text messages It was absolutely gonna be A slam dunk case. We were also told we could go after the individuals involved separately. The day they called about the bankrupt it was never mentioned and u could tell they just wanted to get off of the phone. To say we were shocked as well as blindsided wouldn’t be enough. I wish I could prove malpractice. I hope that in the future, they are more upfront To their clients and not leaving them in the dark Like they did us would absolutely Not recommend!!!!
