He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Peru State College. He is a graduate with distinction of the University of Nebraska College of Law. Following law school, he worked as a judicial clerk on the Nebraska Court of Appeals. Shortly thereafter he went into private practice doing injury and domestic law. He now focuses his practice exclusively on helping injured people.
