For the first time in many years, I sat back tonight and celebrated having a large weight off my back. I just made the final payment on my CH. 13 plan, and I couldn't be happier. I could not have done it, though, without the expert help of Bill and Jamie at Maddox Law. I never thought I would be one of those people who let my debt get out of control and face losing everything. Thank goodness I called Bill Maddox, and he and Jamie kept all the wolves at bay until I could pay them all back in full. No one wants to think about needing a lawyer, or heaven forbid, setting foot in a courtroom, but it can happen. And, if you find yourself in that situation, call these guys and let them go over the different options you have legally and leave navigating the court system up to the pros. I could literally write much more about specific instances along the way when they went above and beyond for me, but I won't bore you. Instead, I just wanted to give a huge shout to Bill and Jamie, and a huge "Thank You, we did it!!", as well. Thanks guys, and cheers!! Ric

They stolen my money, I paid 100 upfront an then I paid additional 280 dollar, I understand that the 100 retainer fee isn’t refundable, well I had other things happen N when living on a fix income it’s hard, well I had a few things drop off my credit an my score went up so I felt that i shouldn’t fall. Well they are only gonna refund me$ 7.50 they trying to for reviewing my account weekly, but they didn’t text me not one time asking for anything or about my payment not one time.. an I’m sorry but that is stealing from someone.. I figured that they would charges me something but I never thought that amount 262.00 dollar.. but that just go to show how they are really doing an what kind of person they are..
