At the end of February, Crag Law Center referred my neighbors and I to Jesse Bruss and Willamette Law Group when our City Council submitted biased ballot language for a municipal project with environmental impact concerns. The process for challenging ballot language in Oregon is onerous and has a short filing deadline.
