I just had an amazing conversation with this attorney. I was very surprised to have a law firm like this where the attorney actually answered the phone. Usually you're connected with a switchboard or a answering service or some big corporate commission based situation. She was extremely polite and helpful unlike everyone else I've spoke with today. If I am every in a situation to have to make a difficult decision like bankruptcy or debt relief, she will be my first choice.

When I first came in there was no one at the front desk. I was asking to check in for my appointment, the lady at the front desk looked at m as if I had 10 heads. When I told her I think I was early do to the fact that I wasn't sure if it was 1015 or 1115 she said she would check on it went to the back and disappeared for 10mins. When she came back she asked me if I had my Id and social card I was alittlw taken back by giving these things out since it was just a consultation. She then asked if I had my paperwork. I again told her that I was not told to bring anything with me she disappeared in the back for another 10mins. I finally was able to sit down and fill out the paperwork, when done I had to ring a bell but as she once again was not at her desk. There was a section of the paperwork that asked for a list of dedt holders when I told her I couldn't give her a complete list right now that I figured that if I obtianed Mrs. Dana that she would be able to she looked at me and told me they don't do anything for free there. That I should have brought my "paperwork" in, it would have told me everything. Once again unaware that I had to bring anything in and how was I going to get it if when I called in for the appointment not even my email address was taken down. I was already being treated as if my business was not wanted nor a potential client. I had to get out of there. I don't know who has been leaving these reviews but do not beileve them. That whole office is unprofessional, and I still haven't even seen Mrs. Dana. If that was a glimpse of how it was going to be I didn't even want to start it.
