I cannot recommend Rebecca Schultz at Widerman Malek in Melbourne highly enough! She made the entire process of creating my will and handling my estate planning seamless and stress-free. From the very first consultation, her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care stood out. She took the time to understand my slightly complicated needs and answered all my questions in detail. She made thoughtful recommendations that gave me peace of mind about my family’s future. Apparently, Florida has some interesting (for lack of a better word) laws dealing with estates and probate. What truly impressed me was her ability to explain complex legal concepts in a way that was easy to understand. She was incredibly thorough, and made sure every detail was covered while also being warm and compassionate. Ms. Shultz exceeded all my expectations, and I am grateful for her guidance.

I have been served by this firm in multiple ventures. I have always been favorably impressed by their professionalism, expertise, and responsiveness. I recommend them with full confidence. They will always be my choice for representation!

My experience with this firm proved deeply concerning. Initially attracted by their Spanish-speaking capabilities and positive references, the reality revealed serious professional deficiencies: - Over 2 months to send a basic 558 notice - Abrupt attorney changes without prior notification - Complete disregard of emails requesting cost estimates - High monthly invoices with minimal case progression - Only consistent aspect: punctual billing statements - Suspiciously recorded 4+ hours of work on 12/09/24 (the very day I terminated services) - unprecedented in previous invoices - Failed to file lawsuit against builder in nearly 6 months - Demonstrated concerning pattern: exceptionally accommodating to opposing builder while aggressive in billing their own clients Most alarming: While accumulating billable hours, our construction defect case remained stagnant. Their priority appeared to be maximizing billing rather than advancing client interests. As a diligent client who invested significant trust and resources, I feel ethically obligated to share this experience. Potential clients should carefully evaluate their options - you may find yourself investing thousands without meaningful progress. While the outcome of my formal complaint to the Florida Bar Association remains uncertain, professional integrity demands this step be taken. ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star) #LegalServices #ConsumerAlert #ClientRights #FloridaLaw #LegalEthics #ClientAdvocacy #DueDiligence

I had the pleasure of working with Nathan and Ariana and they took the time to listen to all the pieces of my issues and fought to get the appropriate solution. I appreciated their proffesionalism throughout our engagement but more importantly, I respected their commitment to ethics. They have a keen understanding of the law and always guided me to making sure we carried ourselves in the most ethical way possible.

If I could 0 stars I would. Do not recommend this place. They missed out on a potential client, don't even waste your time inquiring!
