I called Whitley when I was in dire need of a lawyer to help out with some issues with workers comp. I had my initial phone consultation and was told that a case manager assistant would contact me for follow up. I missed a call from Elizabeth and called her back right after and left a message for her to call me back as soon as possible. I never heard back so I called her two more times, but still nothing. The holidays came around and I finally received a call from her saying she was “following up after the holidays if I was still interested” so I called her back again and said I was still interested and to call me back at her earliest convenience, but I still have not heard back from her since. I was already dealing with an extremely frustrating situation and needed a lawyer to help me out, but dealing with no communication on top of everything made it even worse. I am disappointed because I saw that they had great reviews, but I can’t say the same about my experience.
