Trial was kind of long but she made sure my dad understood everything (my dad speaks Spanish) we had interpreters for him & she would take the time speak to my whole family & made sure all our questions were answered. I have called her office on multiple occasions trying to get a hold of my Discovery from a previous case and have not in several months so much is even received a phone call back or even an email saying anything or trying to help me in any way to get my previous discoveries from her she has totally ignored me and I feel has really let me down in this matter

I recommend Ms. Whitham to my brother during his divorce because she advertises to be an advocate for Dad's. Unfortunately she shouldn't have ever taken his case. She was in a murder trial when she took his retainer. She wasn't available by phone or email. My brother had no help from her or anyone in her office. She was so unprepared he was kept from his kids longer. She eventually returned a portion of his retainer and kept the rest. I would recommend anyone to find a different lawyer other than Ms. Whitham. I also think they should remove the word TRUST from their email address. It's very misleading.
