We hired Mr. Wenz to assist with my son's traffic situation. He asked for a 1500.00 retainer and stated he would return the balance. It took him all of 4 hours to settle the charges. At 200.00 an hour that's 800.00. I have asked many times for an itemized billing he has yet to supply me with it, much less a refund of the balance. This was almost a year ago. He didn't even let us know when my son was supposed to go infront of the judge for the charges. I happen to call him and we had to clear our schedule at the last minute to attend the hearing. No I'm not impressed nor would I ever recommend him.
