Spencer Kelly absolutely sucks as a workmans comp lawyer. Would give zero stars but thats not an option. Have called him multiple times and he has literally gave me the same answer every time. Let me call these guys and see what I can get out of them. Seriously I believe he is doing less than nothing and I have contacted him multiple times.if there is an organization against this will someone please comment because unfortunately he is still my lawyer but he is terrible, I'm pretty sure I could do a better job representing myself but he did make sure he got paid!

Ted Lew has been a professional, punctual, and reliable workers compensation attorney. After receiving a ton of letters from SAIF that I didn’t understand, I sought out legal assistance. The Oregon state Barr referred me to Ted. He has made it his mission to provide thorough explanations throughout the entire process thus far. While my case is still ongoing, I am satisfied with the assistance provided by Ted and his assistant Lily.

When I got into a car accident, Aaron Price was quick, reliable, and very professional with my claim. He kept me updated on everything that was going on so I always knew where we were in the process and was never lost. He had good communication and worked hard to get me the best settlement he could. If you need an attorney to represent you in a car accident or personal injury, I recommend using Aaron Price at Welch Bruun and Green

After 7 months of dealing with a failed (Oregon) Work Comp system that was closing my case without addressing all of my injuries, I sought help from more than a few firms and promptly received a call back from Spencer Kelly of the firm Welch Bruun & Green. Spencer has good knowledge of this WC program and knows the laws and allowances well. Each time that I had concerns from the WC people (including threats!), Spencer would promptly return my calls and addressed my concerns. Besides getting the case reopened, he was able to address with the WC group the medical bills that they wanted to take from my “settlement” and was still able to secure me additional compensation for my injuries. The Oregon WC laws apparently are set up to favor the employer and I suggest that no one try to navigate them without the assistance of a specialist in this field; the claim case workers talk nice will give you empty promises until you push hard against them. I am quite sure that had I sought assistance from the beginning that my case would have not been so complicated and I am grateful for the work that Spencer Kelly did to resolve my case on this life changing event.

Going to this firm and letting them represent me was the worst mistake I have ever made and I want to make sure nobody else makes the same. I called after hurting myself at work and my claim was denied. Spencer Kelly talked to me and I felt confident after talking to him. Later I found out that he is only out for the money and could care less about his clients. I get doing your job but only doing it with your best interest in mind when your representing a client and supposed to be looking out for them is all he really cared about. I signed a piece of paper to hire him knowing that he would get 25% of anything and I was fine with that but after we settled and they decided to take 25% then assess fees and try to swindle $500 kind of made me wonder and ask questions. After I asked him questions about that money, he decided to waive these so called fees that I never agreed upon. He was not hands on at all and I was treated like a number not a client! I asked him to make sure to change my address with the insurance company but he never did so I am stuck for another 2 weeks waiting for my check. He got paid Monday of this week and right after he got his money he stopped communicating with me and left his assistant to handle things! That is fine usually but to just quit talking to me all together after you get your money is BS! I talked to the office manager and she could of cared less and said there is nothing we can do! I said this is your fault and she asked what do I want them to do?? I said well you could pay me the money because if my attorney would of done his job the check would not of gone to the wrong address and not only that he lied to me about the check! I found this out when I called the insurance company myself since he would not get back to me! This firm is a joke and if I could give them a negative rating I would! Stay as far away as you can and I am not the only one! Go on Yelp to look at another review who had problems with Mr Kelly! Once they get their money, you no longer matter if there is issues with you getting yours! And they could of done a lot more than what was done with this case! It has been a nightmare

This law firm is a waste of time. I read the 1* reviews and feel the same. I received a referral from the state bar and they took over 2 weeks to call me...

I used Spencer Kelly for a work comp claim--a huge mistake. I talked to him twice in 6 months and virtually settled with SAIF for pennies. He wanted to back...
