Deceiving and not transparent. I was contacted by a law firm they were working with together and on cases regarding PFAS. Per the information I was given and my location, I was told I had a case. I went through the paperwork process, the hassle of releasing my medical records to them, etc and everything in that sense was great with communication. Then I randomly stopped hearing from them, no emails or calls, nothing. So I reached out, for them to call me back and say due to my location I do not qualify for a case at this time. What was the point of all of that then? If I wouldn’t have reached out to them, I would have never been informed. I feel like everyone’s time was wasted in this situation and I had higher expectations from a highly favored firm. Lost my business, that’s for sure. I have had dealings with Chaffin & LuHana, YEARS ago, and they still do this day communicate with me and even send gifts. That’s a firm that truly cares about people and not $. Find better and do better. As far as their reply, maybe another firm shouldn’t be handling the litigation then? Maybe you should keep communication with your clients and update them accordingly because that is the professional thing to do…once you are involved which at this point I would consider so? I have calls from the firm in the beginning? That entire reply seems very defensive to me. It’s funny because this was the first and only firm that I contacted regarding PFAS. I am legally allowed to share my experience, truthfully, sorry if it upsets you and or comes off to you as “rage”, lol, but I can understand trying to defend yourself. Have the day you deserve.

I’m in the very beginning stages with W & L and will update as I progress. Experience has been smooth so far. Although I have not personally met any of the lawyers, the firm has reached out and written to me as to what the claim we were filing for. They’re accessible and responsive. They’re also a tremendous firm and I’m made to feel confident that I’m in good hands, which is important. I was recommended by a lawyer friend who handles similar type claims. That should speak volumes.

“I would highly recommend Attorney [Weitz] for anyone dealing with a workers’ compensation case. They have been professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. The attorney firm took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated on the progress of my claim, and ensured that my rights were protected. I truly appreciate the dedication and effort put into my case. If you’re looking for a compassionate and skilled lawyer to handle your workers’ compensation case, [Weitz] is the one to call!”

Weitz & Luxenberg so far is very good! This journey is just beginning for me but the entry and initial paperwork/documentation has been easy to complete and get the ball rolling. Will let you know as I progress through various phases.
