I'm writing this review as someone who isn't even a client. My only interaction with them was the free consultation... Terry was so incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and genuine (Rick, the legal assistant, was fantastic too!) I felt like she really cared unlike other attorneys whom I've spoken with in the past. She walked me through a couple of different options for my financial situation and she was just so thorough and detailed; she provided a wealth of information and it was only a free consultation! I have yet to decide whether or not I will pursue bankruptcy, but if I do, you can bet I will move forward with Terry.

Attorney Weik put us at ease, and, in layman terms, explained our options and our legal right to seek financial relief. Terry answered all of our questions, and we were able to make an informed decision. Rick, the Legal Assistant, was extremely competent and personable. Rick kept the process on track. It took less than 120 days to go from the initial consultation, through the preparation, the filing of Chapter 7, the 341 meeting, and to the discharge. During this period, our stress level slowly decreased. Our case was handled with compassion, accuracy, and professionalism from the beginning to the end.
