I had a very bad experience with the lawyer, Kyle Moore. He was supposed to set up a special needs trust, but made a mistake that is costing a lot of loss and hardship. I contacted him as soon as I found out. At first, I thought he would work on fixing it, but it’s been almost a year. During that time I’ve had so much extra stress and unnecessary hardship. I kept asking him what was going on. How is progress? Please, please, please give me an update. Months would go by without a response. When I got a response, it was vague and he didn’t answer my questions. I see no sign he can or will fix his mistake. Also, he secretly took money from a life insurance payout. I found out from the insurance company and told him to give me my money. He said he would, but again, months would go by and nothing. I asked several more times, and he still has a lot of money that is mine and he’s keeping it. He also didn’t do several things he agreed to do and advised me to do things that it turned out benefited him, but hurt me. I don’t understand why he thinks he should get away with this. I really don’t. I wish he hadn’t done me this way, because he was supposed to be helping me, looking out for me after my mother died. It’s heart-breaking how much he’s just hurt and ignored me instead. I really tried to work things out with him, but it’s been almost a year with zero sign of progress. I guess now I can only try to warn others, especially since he’s an estate lawyer and people who hire him won’t know he’s messing up or be able to do anything about it because the mistakes won’t come to light until after they die. It’s their heirs who will have to deal with the fallout.

Prior to court Mr. Haines was joking about how much more in fees he could collect if it was pushed back to district court. Literally laughing about it in front of the courtroom before the judges arrived. Very shocking and vile behavior.
