On January 1, 2024 I was involved in an accident that I was not at fault. I contacted this law firm for help and later I reported the accident to my Progressive insurer. I told the adjuster that I contracted this law firm. I never knew exactly why neither the insurer nor the law firm did anything to estimate my car cost in order to repair it. None of them settled any claim against the insurance of the defendant (the driver at fault). My own insurer paid my cervical MRI, X-ray and 28 days of physical therapy at high costs out of my P.I.P instead. I don't have collision coverage. However, the insurer of the driver at fault was supposed to pay for, not mine. After that, I received a call that told me my case was closed because they cannot fight against the insurer of the guilty driver. They didn't tell me why. I wasted my time and hope to repair my car. I was never referred to another law firm as I never signed another contract after they closed the case. On May 17, 2024, I ended up junking my car for little money. Next time, I will never contact any lawyer if they don't help to settle a claim against the defendant for my car repairs. Instead, I will call the insurer of the driver at fault to make a claim. I don't recommend law firms that work like this bad or Progressive Insurance that just allowed charges to my own policy instead. I don't wish to talk to them any longer.
