My initial phone call experience was disappointing. The person who answered seemed unprofessional. After explaining my reason for calling, I was interrupted by laughter, as if my call interfered with an preexisting conversation. Despite finishing my explanation, I was then transferred to an out-of-state third-party answering service to provide my information. I'm unsure why the initial call was taken if it was simply going to be transferred. 🙄

We tried to resolve a legal dispute on our own for well over a year. The individual we were dealing with was, what we would describe as, “impossible,” and was trying to strong-arm us the entire time. I came to Vogel law firm begging for help in a landlord tenant dispute. I was told that they only represent landlords or property management companies but not tenants. So they only represent the bigger of the 2, with the deepest pockets? They refuse to help the little guy in any way? Isn't that was attorneys are supposed to do - help the little guy fight back? I always thought they were supposed to represent the person in need of assistance? Very unethical practice if you ask me.
