They are a law firm dealing with debt collections. My reason for a 3 star is because of the rude guy on the phone when I called them. To the rude guy I talked to: When you call into debt collection company people might have questions and if the other person ( that would be you) isn't there to answer the questions and starts yelling & telling customers off who are trying to work with paying their debt, it will make it hard to collect said debt. Just FYI If you want to deal with these people, go online & do the chat from their website. Lyndsay was very helpful & when she called me on the phone was very polite & professional. If I had her from the get-go, I would have rated this place a 5 star. She was able to help me pay off my debt in 1 chat & call

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Vinvi Law Office. After reading numerous concerning reviews about their business practices, I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone. As a debt collection law firm, one would expect professionalism and a genuine effort to help individuals resolve their debts. However, based on the overwhelming negative feedback from others, it's evident that Vinvi Law Office falls short in this regard. Their overall 1.7-star rating speaks volumes about the lack of trustworthiness and integrity within this firm - which i'm sure they absolutely couldn't care less about. It's concerning to see so many individuals express dissatisfaction with their services, highlighting issues ranging from poor communication to questionable tactics. In my opinion, Vinvi Law Office needs to take serious steps to improve their business practices and regain the trust of their clients. Until then, I would advise anyone considering their services to proceed with caution and explore alternative options. My experience with Vinvi Law Office has left me feeling wary and skeptical. I hope they take the necessary measures to address these concerns and prioritize the well-being of their clients in the future.

I worked here about seven years ago. all seemed well until I turned in a letter of resignation to quit within two weeks and that same day they told me I didn’t have to come back when I tried l to use them as a reference they’ve been telling employers that I was fired I even joined the military, and they do a full background check, and upon getting my secret clearance Vinci Law Firm said I was fired again, even though I turned in a letter of resignation, but luckily, they didn’t affect me at all, but these people are crooks, not honest, and I know this from the inside out. Be carful when dealing with company.

I had multiple missed calls from the number for this law group and I called back to see what was so urgent. They provided absolutely no information on the need for multiple missed calls in a 4 hour time span and the guy on the phone was very unprofessional and rushed me off the phone with no information on what the call was for.

These attorneys know what they are doing, understand the limitations and are experts in collecting funds for their clients. YES, they can be aggressive to get moneys owed back. YES, they hold people accountable. YES, they are professional, polite, efficent, effective and extremely good at what they do. Which is to get money back to the person to whom it really belongs.
