I highly recommend Vicente Cuison for helping us acquire a green card in the span of 2 months and 4 days. He is very consistent and trustworthy. We did not expect for our green card to come this early but with his help, we were able to do it.

OMG! I don’t have words to express my gratitude to Mr Vicente T. Cuison. If I had a choice of rating his stars, I would give him unlimited stars as the best immigration lawyer. He has helped me process the family-based immigration of my brother, who lived overseas. Our case was one of the most complicated. Before approaching him, I had already consulted with two other immigration lawyers. But one was very rude, and the other was not approachable. When I was very disappointed one day, I searched for the immigration lawyer nearest to me, and I found him on Google. Somebody mentioned him, and what touched my heart was his kindness. At the time, I needed someone with a kind heart. When I met him in his office for a consultation, I found him not only kind but a very humble person, too. And when I told him about the background story of our case. He gave us an excellent positive response not only in accepting our case but also assured us that he would help us to win the case. Our family-based immigration petitioner was my father, who passed away before the case got current. After two years of my father’s death, my brother’s immigration case was current. Initially, we belonged to Afghanistan, and the situation in our native country was terrible. My brother was leaving overseas with his family. The case had so many complications during the process that we went through. Mr. Cuison helped us initially with a highly complex process of humanitarian reinstatement. If he had not been there, it would have been impossible for us to make all of those paperwork arrangements and organize them with valid proofs to make our case more vital for the office of the USCIS in making decisions. With the help of Mr. Cuison, during the hard times of the early COVID-19 pandemic after two years of hardship, my brother’s family-based humanitarian reinstatement was approved by the office of UCSIS. But this is not the end of our journey; in my brother's case, after the approval of humanitarian reinstatement, we waited a few months to receive a welcome letter or an email from the NVC to activate their case. But unfortunately, nothing happened. After a few months of waiting, Mr. Cuison helped me reach out to our area member of the Congressional office twice, once during humanitarian reinstatement and once at the time of the NVC. In both times, he wrote legal documents to clarify the congressional office for supporting our case. If we had not known Mr. Cuison, it would not have been easy for us to make all those documents ready for the congressional office. Mr.Cuison has not only helped me win this case but also helped me with another complication I had when filing the DS260 form. That was the aging-out of my two brother’s children. He has helped me immensely with the process of the child support act and calculating the ages of my niece and nephew. He requested the NVC with the letter, including the calculation of my niece and nephews with the formula the USCIS has provided. He also mentioned why these children should be together with their parents, with solid evidence. After the requests for reinstatement of CSPA, the NVC office added my niece and nephew to the case and reinstated them. All of these achievements happened because of the support, time, effort, help, and, more than everything, the honesty and sincerity of Mr Cuison toward his work and profession. He is so very kind, humble, and down-to-earth that you can not find like him these days. He is not a greedy person. He is working not to make money but to help people. His charges are affordable. My entire family will always be grateful to Mr. Cuison and will never forget his support, kindness, time, and dedication to my brother’s case. He will always be in our prayers. We all wish him and his family good health and happiness. And I highly, highly highly recommend him to anyone who needs immigration assistance/help. God bless him.
