I had an appointment at 2:30 pm with Mr. William Vasquez. I received automated texts and emails saying that the appointment was scheduled and that it was going to be attended at the time and set up. I called the number on their website and was told that the gentleman was on another call. I waited more than 1 hour and did not receive any response from the gentleman who was going to attend me. I then decided to call them again and I did not receive any answer, they did not answer the phones, even though I had already communicated with them in less than an hour. This company lacks professionalism, they waste the time of others. Luckily it was my first time contacting them, and I will not spend my money with people like this.
