Terrible client attorney relationship. I am beside myself with the way this attorney has behaved on my behalf. It has been months with zero movement on my case. Months without any response. I don’t understand how she believes this is how an attorney should behave. I have paid all my fees and want my case to be done and over with. On top of the lack of rapport between us she refuses to return my funds after i have requested my money back. This case is already difficult for my family and I and now to add to our stresses we have to deal with an attorney that has taken complete advantage of us. The complete negligence to my case seems to be because i’m not local. I thought I did the right thing by selecting Ms. Jones to handle my case. I am not fully aware I made an error and I am truly paying for it in time and added stress. I will not leave this here. I will take action on my health and future clients. This is unacceptable and honestly embarrassing.

She will take your money then get ghost. Don’t count on her to show up for anything either. She won’t come and will give you no reason as to why she didn’t show up. She does the absolute bare minimum and don’t care how you feel about it. You can cancel trying to contact her via phone, she has all her calls sent to a third party answering service and she WILL NOT return any calls. She is never in the office. She needs her license revoked and a complaint with the Bar Association needs to be filed. I truly hope an investigation is opened on her. She makes all attorneys look bad.

No service in 6-8 years. It didn’t take a rocket scientist to do what she was to do. You could never reach her, even the appointments she made, she never showed up. I have never been in such an awful situation.
