I am so pleased with my experience with Van Law Firm. Norma was my Case manager and she was wonderful in every aspect and always made sure to communicate with me whether there was an update or even just letting me know if they were still waiting on responses themselves. They were able to get more than I imagined and I couldn’t be more grateful for the amount of stress they took off of me and my family by handling everything involving my case and beyond. I definitely recommend them, it does take time so be patient with the process and understand they are handling many other cases as well! From the night my car was rear-ended to the final settlement, Van Law paid great attention to me and my case. I was always kept informed with check in calls by several of the staff. When settlement occurred I met with someone to clarify what payments made to medical/therapy were accurate. They even double double checked that everyone was taken care of so I wouldn’t be haunted by overdue bills. Llanneris and Norma made sure I was taken care of the duration of my case. I was able to be present for my healing process and not worry about the legal mumbojumbo behind the scenes. It’s the second time I’ve used this company; the very first time I used them I had a very pleasant experience and have even recommended people to them because I loved there service HOWEVER recently the case manager I’ve been working with has been the worst. She’s so unprofessional and talks to me with the worst attitude every single time we speak. At the end of day we’re the ones who HIRED them to help us with a case they are not working for free and I’m not HER employee for her to talk to me the way that she does. I’ve made numerous complaints about her but seem to be stuck with this very rude lady. If you hate your job just leave instead of taking it out on the people you are working for. I’m never the one to leave a bad review about anyone, but I’ve had enough.
