My fiance and I worked with Marcos on a mediated prenup. The entire team at the firm was of great assistance. We were provided referrals for our consulting attorneys and a check list to work through on our own in between calls with Marcos. The process, although naturally overwhelming, was made as easy as I could imagine with the guidance provided. As this being both my partner and I's first marriage, we did not have a full grasp of the legal impliations of getting married. Marcos did a wonderful job explaining the default law and helping us find the areas where my fiance and I wanted to customize our terms in the case of separation. Our prenup took about 3.5 months from initial consultation to signing. From what I found online, this seems to be pretty typical for a mediated prenup. We gave ourselves about 5 months to get it done and I am so glad we did not rush ourselves. Vacca provided a free consultation where Marcos and team offered guidance and resources for my partner and I to make the best decision for us before engaging in the process.
