First of all, my name is Kiara Rose Ritchie, I had searched for hours on end with no hope to get help for myself and my case when I called John’s office and they said they were willing to help me! So far John has stayed on the phone with me answering questions when I had meetings with him for over 45 minutes and he’s also let my family asks questions. I call usually more than once a week and the team has always been kind and caring to me. His Paralegal Yansi has been amazing when John has been busy, she answers my questions and if she isn’t sure she asks John right away. My case isn’t fully complete yet so I will definitely come back and finish my review, but don’t let those bad reviews of John fool you! If it wasn’t for John and Yansi I wouldn’t be where I am right now! A HUGE thank you to John and his team for what they have done for me so far! They get the work done, and they follow up and send paperwork so I have my own copies! If you’re looking for an amazing lawyer in RI for WC I recommend John’s office 1000%. I wish I could give them a higher star rating because that’s how much they’ve helped me. Thank you John and Yansi and the rest of the team for being kind, compassionate, and caring!

Unprofessional. I’d suggest you keep looking. I’m not going into it all but read the reviews. My experience was very similar. I wouldn’t hire this guy to wash my car. We had 2 had to sell 1 keep your facts strait.

If you want a lawyer that’s going to get things done TORO Is the guy you should consider. He gets the job done. He don’t let insurance companies bully you he gets things approved surgery therapy. He is honest through the entire process. Everything takes time when battling with insurance companies but he made the painful process worth it at the end. Thank you John Toro for helping me and my family during a tough time. Thank you

Absolutly horrible experience with this firm. I recommend nobody ever go to him the place is a joke. The very first time with him the judge had to say to him "what is this there is nothing about the case here in the motion, It just says filing for injury"with ablsolutly no information like the time it happened were when with whom. The judge literally criticized him in front of me in legal terms sayen nect time she hopes he comes with the information needed. Also like the other guy said getting in touch with them is worse than waiting at the dmv. Nobody answers or you get told theyll call u back and never do. Finally afyer trying to get in touch with teressa who handles RI cases shes supposedly on the phone and cant talk; I get call back from a completely different lawyer firm who tells me there taking the case and that there "kind of" merging or w.e which was decided without me knowning a week prior supposedly. John toros law firm is a complete joke and everyone that works for him is also. The good thing is the lawyer firm hr switched me too it 100 times better in the first conversation they did more for me than the whole 4 months with toro. I actually read the negative review on here before going to him in the first place but did it anyways figuring its one bad review cant really be that bad. But trust me when i actually seen how bad myself it was worse. Nobody should ever put there trust in john toro i repeat nobody, he is a complete waste of time.
