Honestly my issue was picking the right attorney, since there are so many out there, due to my complicated case. I had both a personal injury case and a work comp case that happened to overlap each other after my car accident while on the clock with my job, which could be legally tricky. Asking around to other attorneys my questions were not answered to my satisfaction until I sat down with William Beadle. Within minutes of our personal discussion at his firm I knew he was the one that I wanted to hire and signed the agreement before I left. I did ponder about the higher fee that his firm would charge, but with the amount of experience with Work Comp Law and Personal Injury Law, I feel that with Mr. Beadle, I was awarded more with him than the other attorneys that I had researched before selecting Mr. Beadle, and this I know now was worth every dollar I paid to his firm. It took a while to get the settlement after the doctors and therapy were finally done with what they could for me, but Mr. Beadle got me the maximum amount that was due to me in the end and I could not be any happier. Through the entire ordeal, Mr. Beadle, Jenna, and his staff were very warm and compassionate towards me in person, on the phone or through his Firm’s portal. I needed this during this time due to the TBI and injury to my back that I received in the accident. They were very patient with me when they had to explain things more than once and sometimes dumb it down for me so that I could truly understand what they were trying to explain to me about my case. Thank you very much Mr. Beadle. And in the end he did work with me on his fee which was a very thoughtful empathetic gift. Trust me if I need anything like this in the future, you have earned my business and I will not hesitate to call you again.

Do NOT get this attorney. He will tell you everything you want to hear when you first speak to him and at court he won't do NONE OF IT not to mention, just to get your settlement money from him he makes you sign a paper stating if something happens later down the road they are not liable, like what is that, if there is a chance then why didn't you get me future medical LIKE YOU SAID YOU WOULD. He wanted to talk more about his fishing trip then how I felt at any point. Please don't do it....

I had a fall on a mode of transportation that left me unable to walk, stand, lay down or move my left leg and hip for 4 months with limited mobilty thereafter.
