Very disappointing in the service. I met with Mr. Tinny on February 14 and it is now November 12 and it doesn’t seem like anything has been done. This is a very minor thing that I need done that I could’ve done myself in this amount of timeframe. Right now I am just requesting the funds that I pay to Mr. Tinny back.

This office was so patient with me. My case took 5 years to settle. They were with me every step. Lauren is absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, and patient. Kevin was very direct and knowledgeable. I may not have always liked the answers Kevin had for me about the way things worked, but he was always right about the law. He never steered me wrong, he always knew where I stood on things and fought for me. I was always able to know almost exactly what to expect from a legal perspective, and could be prepared. In the end I got all the things most important to me that I had been fighting for. It was a very fair deal that I can live with.

My case was assigned to Piccarreto. I was told in my initial meeting that he was an aggressive lawyer and would get me results with my child support case. Almost 2 years later and I am still nowhere. I never felt like he was ever prepared for court, the judge would ask him a question and he would turn to me for the answer. It was simple stuff too, if he actually read my file and not the 10 minutes before us walking into the courtroom he would know the answer. He did not FIGHT for me and my children. The Judge was an absolute JOKE and gave my children’s father the ABSOLUTE BARE MINIMUM for him to pay for THREE children even AFTER being caught lying about his financial paperwork. Mr. Piccarreto I feel could have done A LOT more than what he did. I honestly feel that I could have done more than what he did with absolutely no representation. I was and am still SUPER disappointed in my so called “results”. Also, the secretary Lauren was very rude on more than one occasion. You call in to get answers about your case and they pass you off and tell you to call the IRS, Dept of Revenue or Clerk or Courts for your info. $2500 WASTED!!! Would NOT recommend !!
