From the very first call, we were treated with respect and they took the time to explain everything to us. From the start, they were extremely efficient and kept us up to date on the status of the case. On the day of the final court appearance, we met with our attorney Aaron who was amazing! He let us know he was there for us and he explained in detail what was going to happen which put our minds at ease knowing we had him on our side. Tiemann Law Firm has a phenomenal group of individuals working extremely hard to make the process go smoothly, from Amber the office manager, to Carmen the lawyer that handled our law suit and Olivia her assistant, they all were absolutely amazing through the entire process. Jelena and her team were amazing from start to finish! They have a VERY nice office, and VERY nice staff! Jelena works SO hard, and is always busy but you would never know it because she always takes the time to answer her clients, and never makes you feel like you are bothering her.
