I was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, with personal injury. This could have had very serious ramifications for myself and my family. David handled my case with aplomb from my first court appearance until we won at trial. His integrity and his knowledge of the process and the system gave me the confidence to see the case through. David knows his trade and prepares thoroughly. He has great presence in the courtroom and also has the ability to take full advantage of the twists and turns that can happen at trial. He tried everything to get the District Attorney to agree to pre-trial probation, but incredibly, they insisted on going to trial despite the fact that we had location data from my phone that contradicted the other party, that I have a serious disability (a profound hearing loss) that was a root cause of much of the confusion and that the other party changed her story when faced with the location data. At trial, Davids cross examination of the officer who handled the case and the other party were extremely effective. The jury deliberated long enough to enjoy their free lunch and then unanimously returned a not guilty verdict. I can wholeheartedly recommend Attorney Yannetti to anyone who needs a first rate criminal defense attorney.
