I waited a week for my 2:00 pm phone consultation appointment. I called at 2:10 to find out if I would be getting a call. Receptionist said she would call me back. An hour later, I called again. She said she thought he was on the phone with me and said she didn't know what time I would get a call; did I want to reschedule or stay on the schedule for the day. Why would I want to reschedule and waste more hours waiting for a call so I stayed on today's schedule. Called again at 5:00 pm and left a message that I guess the appointment was canceled. Waited 3 hours for a call that was not going to happen. Very rude to not even get a cancellation call. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

I used Wesbrook for my Chapter 13 and when I realized it was hard to keep the payment arrangements they worked very hard to get me converted to a Chapter 7. It took almost a year but they made it happen. Jacob was always available to take my calls and if he was not in the office the office staff did their best to try to answer my questions. I would recommend this company to anyone. I am very happy with my outcome. I would use this company again.

Don't use them. I chose to go with westbrooks to file for a chapter 7 and on the first meeting I paid them in full about $1200.00. All I had left to do was pay to file some 200 dollars. I changed my mind and decided I didn't want to file. Of course they told me they would refund me about $600.00 after time worked. It's been 2 plus year's and i have called them multiple times and I have not seen my money. They basically took $1200.00 dollars from me to create a file.

While representing me, he failed to notify me of a hearing. He didn't show up for the hearing, which cost me at least $5000 in penalties. He said he'd take responsibility for it, but never did. - he often does not do things he says he will do - he's difficult to get a response from
