I got a ticket for making an illegal right turn on red. I legitimately did not see the sign that said “ no right turn on red “, so I figured I’d give the ticket clinic a try. They explained everything over the phone and would follow up every so often with updates. Eventually I got the notification that my ticket went to trial and was dismissed! I couldn’t be happier. Thanks ticket clinic!

Be extremely cautious and careful with the Ticket Clinic. WORST NIGHTMARE AND STRESS OF MY LIFE! I handed them a ticket and paid in full, they kept sending me emails that my speeding case case is being handled and thanking me for my patience. In the meantime my license was 10 days suspended because of them never communicating with the court and them now saying that there was an error in the system. When I call them they say that supervisors do not work on weekends and that there is nothing they can do. A complete FIASCO and not trustworthy!

I was transferred and nobody ever answered. On hold way too long. I went with a different service. I just gave them my payment. Ticket Clinic lost at least $199 for not answering my call. You could have hired somebody for 2 full days to answer my call? You got a second star because you did have someone to answer my initial call before being transferred to nowhere.

Excellent service. I get a speed ticket; I immediately contact ticket clinic, and everything solves. I didn’t have to pay.
I highly recommend their services !!
