Dealing with the Ticket Clinic has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I discovered that representing myself would have been a wiser choice after hiring them. I provided a notarized letter and offered to provide a dashcam footage proving the officer's error, claiming I was speeding in a car I don't even drive/own. However, the company insisted it wasn't necessary and discouraged me from sending it. Despite my insistence, I sent the letter, and the case resolution required me to pay court costs and attend a 4-hour driving course. Upon calling them to seek clarification and assistance, the representatives were remarkably rude, unhelpful, and seemingly upset at the inquiry. It's disheartening to realize that after the initial niceties when hiring their services, they become dismissive and unsupportive. In hindsight, representing myself would have spared me the extra fees and also the aggravation of dealing with a company more interested in taking money than providing genuine assistance.

Just rep yourself. Had a bogus stop with dash cam footage showing the officer lied. Told them about it. They mentioned it wouldn't be needed. Guess it actually was needed. So paid them to screw my case up. Also messed up the paperwork which left me with a big headache. It did more harm than good hiring them. I'm shocked with how much I heard them talked about, but I guess none of it was actual genuine praise.
