Christy goes beyond keeping you informed and relaying your status as well as sending friendly reminders of appointments. Not sure what they pay her but she deserves a raise. I know you hear it all the time but this is real .she ask how you feel and you hear the empathy in her concern. She reallt does care. I HIGHLY recommend The Schiller Kessler Group to anyone that has been in a car accident and has been injured. David V. did my intake and was empathetic and efficient. My case ended up going to litigation pretty early on. The team at SKG that helped me throughout the litigation is Attorneys Louis Larsen and Jessica Carroll along with paralegal Lathesha Jordan. It has been a long ride (2 and half years) of being in pain, seeing doctors, seeing which injections are working, and mentally, it is an exhausting process. Louis, Jessica and Lathesha are really a dream team and they went above and beyond for me throughout this process, and were receptive to what I had to say. Lathesha has this way of speaking that is calming even in the most stressful of times. I appreciate Grace Welbes for fulfilling her responsibilities until the end. The entire team made a commendable effort to secure a reasonable compensation for me. Yet I would have preferred a more transparent and engaged approach from the legal representatives. The switch of the lawyer happened without clarification, leaving me uninformed.
