About The Sachs Firm P.C.

Brian Sachs is committed to serving those people who were injured or died as a result of the negligence of others. Throughout his career he has worked diligently toward this goal. Brian began his practice of law as staff counsel for one of the largest insurance companies in New York State. He was promoted soon after to trial counsel and was responsible for resolving some of the most significant cases for his firm. In 2000, Mr. Sachs decided to utilize his defense experience to become an advocate for those individuals and families injured in accidents. By 2002 he had become the managing attorney and lead counsel of an established personal injury firm. In 2006, he was elected to become a partner at a regional personal injury firm, focusing his attention on personally handling those cases with the most significant injuries. In 2008, Brian leveraged his in-depth understanding of insurance company procedures, his knowledge and expertise of plaintiff’s personal injury claims, and his skill in both litigation and case management, and started his own practice – The Sachs Firm – with the ultimate goal of providing each and every client with his personal attention.
