I was happy with this law firm with my first insurance loss case but with this second case I am not impressed. I was told I had an excellent case in the begining but then after a few years. I was pressured to settle out of court because they said the engineer might not show up in court and the inspector might have her credentials disqualified. (Even thought they were already paid out of my settlement for their work.) Then if I lost I would have to pay their attorney fees of 100k. I had put out over 100k out of my own pocket to repair what was the insurance companies responsible. I had to sell the home at a loss to recoup my money after my husband died. So when I agreed to settle I found out the attorney assigned to my case no longer works for the firm!!! Now I know why he pressured me to sign so he could get paid before he left the firm.

Very disappointed with my representation. The settlement was for half of the estimated damage. After the fees and lawyers percentage, the settlement wasn’t enough to repair the damages. Now the Law Group has threatened a lien on my property and to charge interest.
