Absolutely excellent service. This is not just a lawyer but an office who is out to do the greater good. The lawyer I spoke with talked to me for a decent amount of time and did not ask for a dime. He was kind yet absolutely honest. On top of that, he offered to also speak to my wife again, for no charge. If a law office is willing to offer this without charging me I fully believe that exist because they want to do the greater good and are in the business because of that reason, not to get rich.

The People’s Advocate was great to work with, they listened to our concerns, answered our questions and were easy to work with. They were able to assist us and get us out of an unwanted timeshare, they have helped take a great burden off our plate - highly recommend this team!

Review is verbatim and 100% truth. Just had to hang up on the face of an extremely rude attorney here! I called for my elderly mother who I live with and she needed assistance, so of course I called in for her and I’m blown away by the way they just treated a possible client. This animal would not even let me speak and yet says I am not cooperating and don’t know the info… how about you let a person actually speak and answer you! He Interrupted me, didn’t let me speak, gave me attitude. So I of course tell him how disgusted I am with his tone and he SCREAMED at me. Never would I hire somebody like this, you work for us and we pay your salary! He literally told me to “answer his question or go to hell”. How about you Go back to law school to learn customer service and humanity. This guy is an animal and probably a woman abuser the way he treats women and people.

I was kinda skeptical but after my payments plan was finished last month yesterday I received a letter stating it was done from the timeshare people themselves. I would highly referred them to everyone. Thank you the people advocate for your patience and experience
