I can’t even begin to explain how greatly appreciated I am of Mr. North and his Firm. From the day Mr. North said he would take my case, he and his office have been nothing short of amazing. Everyone in his office is top notch. I need to give credit where credit is due. Carmine with his patience, understanding, and his knowledge of his field. Vivian when it came to making sure every record was handled. Candy in the front making me feel so welcome when I came in and or called. Cheryl always caring and understanding when she reached out to me. Of course I can’t forget Mr. North, started fighting for what was right and he represented me with the upmost, professionalism, dignity, and respect. He resolved my issues as pain-free as possible. If I could give more than 5 ⭐️’s I would, because it is definitely deserved. Thank you all for everything. Keep doing what you all are doing.

Joseph North Jr & his team worked on my behalf with my insurance company, to settle repairs from a Hurricane. I was exhausted and frustrated with dealing with insurance, but they took the baton and got me a fair settlement. I would highly recommend and use them again.

Attorney Joe North is an amazing attorney and truly cares about his clients. He helped my friend's mom&family after he was killed in the club Blu shooting years ago. Stefan was going D1 in basketball, had a bunch of potential too and then that devastation happened. I needed a lawyer due to an injury and the school's negligence and attorney North won me the max settlement amount that the school's insurance policy was. He even found that they had a secondary insurance company the school was trying to hide and he went after them too in which he got the max policy amount for that one also. I ended up using the money I won to buy a condo and I didn't even have to go to court. Attorney Joe North put them in their place with all the facts and they knew they didn't stand a chance in court so they settled out of court. Six and a half, almost 7 years later and I'm still very thankful for him and his law firm.

Communication throughout my entire experience with North Law firm has been very poor. I got the run around a ton of times. Every time I called my case manager I was told leave a Voicemail and she would get back. She never would call me back until days later I reached out again to only leave another voicemail. When I had a enough I mentioned switching attorneys, and no longer wanted to deal with my non existent case manager. My attorney reached out immediately. Things seemed to be more transparent after speaking with him. Until I was reached by someone at the front desk who asked me to come in and sign documents and pick up my check all at once. At this point my check has been deposited they have taken their portion all that’s left was for them to print my check for the portion I would receive . She asked I come in the office Monday following our conversation. Monday came and she was on “vacation” … well my only question would be why set something up with a person knowing you would be on “vacation”?? She arrives back in office the following Monday where I called and she said “Tuesday for sure Wednesday the latest” ….. I got no call either of those days. So I call again… she’s out sick and no one is able to do anything because she left them unprepared. I’m sure I’ll get not a single phone call tomorrow in regards to the whereabouts of my check. I’ll probably have to check in next week for another excuse. Sad part about it is I only tried this Law Firm out because a good friend of mine has family ties to this office and he gave great recommendations. Sadly I made the wrong mistake by involving my case with this firm. Communication goes along way if I got that I would not be in the slightest form of upset.

Does so much for the Fort myers area. I have never personally used his services, but I know that he will get you justice. Joe and his son do a great job, always standing up for the underrepresented and the black community. Keep doing what you’re doing Joe.
