I would have hired them, but what a rude way these women work. They treat people so unfriendly. So I decided to read the reviews, and sure enough, I wasn't mistaken. They were referring to exactly that, the way these employees treat people. Their only goal is to get clients, regardless of the peace of mind and trust the clients may have in them. I wish Sergio would read the reviews and give them some lessons on how to deal with customers. What a shame. Not everything is about money.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! They are slow and unreliable. I kid you not, it’s about to be 2 years and I still can’t get a decent update on a case. The paralegal assigned to the case is boneheaded. I’m the one that has to be reaching out for any little update. Not to mention, they have lost certain documents in the past or forget to send important information. This firm takes in too many clients and then they don’t have the manpower for it all. This firm only cares about the money. They don’t care about fixing your legal status. Update: After I posted this bad review, an attorney at this firm called me to give me an update the following day. REALLY?! As per usual, the attorney gave me the run around and proceeded to say that they would have to redo his case again for the third time! As if I would ever go back to their firm. It’s so disgusting how they take advantage of people’s time and money. The lawyer advised that he would send a follow up email regarding our telephone conversation and it’s been a week now and still no update. Go figure. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE!

It's been 2 years since I gave the payment for immigration and the only thing I've got was 1 email from "manager" lilli saying there was documents sent from immigration. But I've never received anything ... she was communicating with me before sending the money . Once we did I haven't heard back .. I call office and all they do is get your message and say someone will return the cal . But they never do !!! This office and staff are just scamers and full of bull shit !!!

I went on Saturday. These people are money hungry. They gave me the wrong information about my case but yet they still wanted me to pay . I called the offices of immigration and they gave information about my case. Please don’t trust they just want your money. They don’t want to help.

All they want is your money and will waste your time . They say they can’t do anything until immigration law changes and I believe that part but since it been years my mother case is on hold and are seeing no money coming in , they decided to let go of my mothers cases with no notice or email nothing! They just send us a letter saying they are no longer in charged of my mother case ?! My mother went in person to the office this week to go check what was the reason of this . Because they NEVER call you back . And they respond by saying we sent them an email to let go of our case ? My mother ask for profs of this email and all they said they will gather what happen information to make a case ? Makes no sense . Since now my mother is asking for a refund. Don’t waste your money and time here
