When you give a 5 stars or are a 5 star that means that you are good at what you do ...but in my opinion not for me I talked Mr Santos and he explain to me that I needed to fax over my papers from my workers comp claim so I did ..I fax him my papers and this was not cheap..it was over $50 just to fax papers and he said he would look over my papers and he would call me the next day..I waited and i didnt hear from him at all so i called. Him several times and nothing..so this disappoints me if he didnt want to do the claim why make me waste of my money and call me to say hey. I cant .but nothing no answer NOW thats so wrong...
