Posting a review for my aging father- My case was handled by the court just as he told me it would be. The judge and all the court personnel are well acquainted with J. Bell. They respect his knowledge and expertise as it relates to the laws, not only protecting me but them also. The court did not hesitate, doubt or question the recommendations he presented to them. My brother was an attorney and I have two years in law enforcement. J. Bell is at the top & there is none better to protect & preserve ones future. Never let money come between you and the best representation in the system, if there is any better I am unaware. My case & charges were dismissed in ten minutes & I was never asked a question or needed to speak. There were several directions my case could have taken, some very bad but J. I lost my Mom and Aunt in a horrible car accident. Someone had ran the light and flipped my car. Killing my Mom instantly and my aunt within 4 days. Mr. Bell was not worried about just making money off of my case he was wanting me to have enough justice as I could get. I came to know Jim and many members of his law firm while I was in the banking industry. While at that point I had never experienced his service as an attorney but often witnessed the results of his litigation and read about him in publications through the state and his reputation as an attorney. While it is important to have attorneys in todays world for necessary things, your biggest hope is that you do not need to retain an attorney for any issues such as criminal litigation or personal injury cases. We unfortunately needed to obtain services for a personal litigation matter and the first person I thought of was Jim and his law office. We needed someone who would be aggressive and to also be honest with us in our expectations of the facts and value of the case. Jim and his firm was always honest and fair with us explaining the process the entire way. We received consistently updates and I never had to contact him for such updates. Every time something was needed I heard from them promptly,, was explained exactly why it was needed, and whether it was needed asap or could wait a day or two. This was necessary since on two occasions I was on vacation when something was needed and fortunately our hotel was kind enough to allow me to print the items needed and then return them immediately. Once we determined our terms with a Jim’s advice and facts, Jim drew a line in the sand and did not back away from it during this process. He was even able to settle above our terms and for this I am quite grateful. The experience with Jim and his staff was nothing less than fabulous. When I did need to call the office with a question, the phone was always answered using my name and this felt very personal to me. I feel as though.Jim and his staff are fantastic at what they do in the legal world, and also strive to make their clients feel comfortable by keeping you informed and personal when they can. They are nothing short of great and as I hope I never need his services again, I would not hesitate to use their law firm for any legal matters in which they specialize. He even referred us to another attorney when the time came to deal with matters that are outside his area of expertise. Besides the professionalism and level of comfort they provided, the resolution was quite quick. He understood and communicated to us the advantages and disadvantages of cases that could potentially take years to handle yet it did not have an affect on the expectation we had initially set or Jim pursued for us.
