I phoned Mr. Brown's office on New Year's Eve to assist us with a desperate situation that we found ourselves in. Thalia picked up the phone and even though Mr. Brown was on vacation, she contacted him and agreed to take our case. From the moment we walked into their office, their care and compassion was evident and I knew that I had made the correct choice.
