My brother is disabled and walked into his office on Christmas Eve Day and said I’m here can we get the paper worked signed. Mr. Baldacci and his office staff were very professional, patient, attentive and flexible especially when the municipal offices/officers were not helpful and very vague at times. Municipal employees sometimes either gave the wrong instructions verbally, called my son yelling at him on the phone when he was trying to figure out how to handle his situation and just were not as attentive as some of the municipalities office implied they’d be.
