Philippe Gerschel represented me for 2 traffic tickets in Staten Island. I paid him $800. The result was my license being suspended for 31 days. It was not mandatory - meaning if I pleaded guilty and paid the tickets - I would still have my license. I honestly feel like I was better off without his representation. When I called him to ask about the results he said, “it did not go well, the cop showed up.” And he seemed anxious. I feel like he really had a poor defense for me if this was the outcome. The tickets were for going straight in a turning lane and a speed not reasonable and prudent. I was going the limit- but because the street was wet from rain the officer gave me the speeding ticket. I really wish he could have done more for me. I am shocked that every single person on here has rated him 5 stars. I gave him 2 stars because I hired him for another ticket and he gave me a $350 partial refund and allowed me to seek other representation.

This was honestly amazing honest service from Philippe Gerschel, help me fought off an OATH ticket.
