RUN!!!!! This guy will come in at the lowest rate per hour, but don’t worry, he’ll drag his feet and drain every penny out of you. I barely heard from him & his office for a year & half, then get hit with a bill for over $2k, the following week another bill for over $4k, then given 2 weeks to pay it or was threatened with an 18% charge. He would set up meetings, when I’d show up he’d be sitting there with a pen, blank piece of paper, asking why I was there?!! It was a 6 year marriage, no kids , with 3 items to split, after 2 years absolutely no result, back to square 1. After firing him & restarting with another lame Modesto lawyer he hit me with another $2200 bill!! With these heartless lawyers charging $300-500hr, CA feminist divorce laws, this system will drain you, try to settle asap!! These lawyers are like politicians, come off like they don’t like each other, but are having lunches figuring out the drama BS they are going to act out in the courtroom hallways in front of you. Careful who you marry, it’s a big business.

Utterly incompetent. My brother had the misfortune of retaining him for his divorce. He dragged his feet and milked every penny he could out of him for two years. After he failed to reach a settlement, my brother had enough and retained another lawyer who finalized his case in six months. This guy and his staff are clueless, disorganized and greedy.

Terrible experience. Kenneth and his office staff failed to return any phone calls or emails promptly, or any all at times. They refused to be accountable for any progress in my case. He told me (2) times he was filing a suit on my behalf, only to fail to produce any documentation of his work or filing after 6 months of retainer. Instead, he fired me as a client after I asked for accountability and proof of work performance. He is out to take your money and do nothing. His office receptionist is clueless. She is unorganized and gets confused. Never follows through on her word or her work. She even screamed at me for asking why she had failed to respond to multiple emails over months from me requesting any type of follow up or communication. Worst experience I have ever had. I’m not a “reviewer” but I hope I save others from experiencing this thoughtless attorney. I didn’t have extra money to waste and he took advantage of me clearly. Lesson learned.

Kenneths receptionist Marci, answered my calls and emails in a timely fashion, she was extremely nice and listened too me when I spoke.
